Psychological testing


Psychological testing is a valuable tool in our work. The tests are used to illuminate the personality traits that affect a person's expected behavior and the way he or she uses his or her resources.

By using tests, you quickly gain an understanding of what strengths and development areas a person has in relation to different types of positions and companies. It is an advantage not only in recruitment, but also in coaching and outplacement. The tests can be tools that help the individual towards a better understanding of himself. In the sessions with the consultant, you will work on how you can bring these insights into play in your current or next job.

You will receive an oral feedback on your test results and in some cases a written report, prepared by an experienced psychologist. 

Based on our education as psychologists, we have selected a number of high quality tests. They reflect the demands in the field of occupational psychology. We are certified in all the tests we use, and have high ethics regarding their use.
