Outplacement is about helping you optimize your search process towards your new job.

We help you identify and focus on your skills, talents and potentials, and we help you to prepare and optimize your CV and applications to make you an interesting profile for your new employer.

Your process is personalized to fit your requirements and needs. You will receive ongoing sparring until you are in a new job, and we adjust the process along the way so that it is continuously effective. You will receive personal counselling, and have the opportunity to participate in various workshops.

An outplacement process with us can include:

• Sparring on opportunities, career and industry change. Identification of relevant companies and industries.
• Occupational personality tests, which can uncover your ideal working conditions and motivation factors.
• Sparring on recruitment via job sites, social media and digital recruitment tools.
• Targeted use of your personal network. The important coffee meeting; How to establish contact? How do you prepare      for a coffee meeting? How do you best use your time and network?
• Interview training with one or more interviewers from our network that can provide sparring and feedback.
• The"Elevator Pitch". How do I best introduce my competences and myself? 
• Profile photo by a professional photographer, for use on Linked In, CV etc.
• Sparring on methods to follow-up on applications, personal network and job interviews.

• Participation in workshops, for example:

- Optimizing your Linked In profile - ensure the right presentation and visibility of yourself
- Advice on personal appearance - by our stylist  
- The job interview - presentation techniques, be challenged on the typically difficult questions, etc.
- Networking and coffee meetings - why and how?

• Access to foreign consulting houses via our international partner, Career Partners International.
• Accountant assistance if starting your own business. Sparring on business plan etc.
• Independent financial advice on pension, mortgage etc.
• Legal advice on employment contracts.
• We follow you during your onboarding in your new company..

An Executive Outplacement program may also include:

• Coaching on your new situation, also focusing on what makes you an interesting manager for a new company.
• Occupational personality tests, that also uncover your management skills
• Contact to relevant recruiters and Executive Search & Selection houses.
• Interview training with VP or board member, who can provide relevant sparring.
• Interview with consultant from a Search & Selection company with advice on how to handle recruiters
• Inspiration for an effective "Elevator Pitch". Sparring on and preparing for the perfect case presentation.
• Personal sessions with our stylist
• Legal sparring on executive contracts, customer- and competition clauses, etc.
