FK Select offers professional advice for managers, employees and companies. All of our consultants have a solid occupational psychology background and experience in solving tasks and delivering results for private and public companies.

FK Select helps the organization at its employees through change processes; from attracting candidates, to devoloping key employees, and ensuring the right outplacement agreement.

We work at a high professional and ethical level and are subject to the Psychological Association's ethical rules when advising and solving tasks.

Psychological testing is a valuable tool in our work and we are authorized in and use the most recognized tests in the market. We are continuously investigating the market for new psychological tests that meet our requirements and which can thus further qualify our work within outplacement, Leadership Development and recruitment.
