We develop probiotic product solutions to support cardiometabolic health, with a long-term strategy to become a leading provider of preventive microbiome-based solutions for healthy ageing.
The company is a front-runner in its field and has a unique approach — discovering groundbreaking probiotics, ensuring their benefits through robust science, and launching effective finished probiotic-based health products for global markets.
Your Role: Shape the Future of Probiotic Product Innovation
As Product Manager at ProBiotix, you’ll be the vital link between strategy and execution — the “spider in the web” — turning our commercial strategy into actionable goals. You’ll play a pivotal role in product development, documentation, and lifecycle management, leading initiatives that combine scientific insight, creativity, and commercial drive.
This is your chance to take full ownership of the product journey — from documentation and compliance to concept development and customized client solutions. You'll work closely with internal teams, external research partners, and global customers to ensure our products lead the market in innovation, quality, and clinical validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of products, including documentation and regulatory compliance
- Drive product development strategies aligned with overall company objectives
- Develop and launch new product concepts in collaboration with marketing and manufacturing partners
- Coordinate clinical strategies and activities with internal and external R&D stakeholders
- Lead customer-specific product development projects from idea to finished product
- Provide technical support and deliver compelling product presentations to customers

What you bring
- A technical or scientific degree (BSc/MSc) in a relevant field
- 3–5 years of proven experience in product management — preferably within dietary supplements, food, medical devices, or chemical/technical B2B products
- Experience working across international markets and collaborative environments
- Full professional fluency in English and Danish (additional languages are a plus)

De tre psykologiske emner, som vi ofte inddrager i vores outplacement er:
- Når man mister sit job, kan man ubevidst komme til at bære en usynlig etiket: “den opsagte”. Men opsigelser sker for de fleste gennem et langt arbejdsliv, og det siger intet om ens værdi. Jo mere neutralt man selv omtaler sin opsigelse, jo mere neutralt vil andre også opfatte det. Vi træner således den opsagte i at få sin situation præsenteret på den bedst mulige måde.
- Jobsøgning er ikke en lineær proces - de fleste oplever bump på vejen. Afslag betyder kun, at kandidaten og virksomheden ikke var det rette match. Vi giver sparring på, hvordan man får fulgt op på et afslag på en konstruktiv måde, hvor man også får spurgt sig selv: "Hvad kan jeg lære af denne proces og herigennem får mulighed for at vokse – både personligt og professionelt.
- Et jobtab kan, hvor smertefuldt det end føles, også være en mulighed for at nytænke på sit arbejdsliv og måske finde en vej, der passer endnu bedre: Hvad drømmer man egentlig om? Hvilke opgaver giver energi at arbejde med osv. I FK Select giver vi sparring på, hvilke realistiske muligheder den nye situation åbner.
