Leadership Development

Leadership development through individual coaching and psychological testing

The purpose of coaching is to define your personal resources and potential – as well as identifying the areas you may need to put emphasis on.

Through coaching the individual can achieve a better insight in their own and others resources and challenges, achieve clarity over present dilemmas and a strengthened ability to act and deal with the company’s commercial and personal challenges.

FK Select can, as an independent sparring partner, add new perspectives on present dilemmas and problems. With hands on methods and tools, we contribute to securing compliance between the individual’s and the company’s goals.

The planning of the process will always focus on the needs of the individual. Preliminary personality testing, perhaps a 360°-analysis contributes to an understanding of strengths, weaknesses and more importantly potential – both personally and in relation to the company.

The coaching process is aligned with the individual’s needs in regards to number of session, the interval between sessions, as well as the tools and tests we use.

The topics could be:

• Leadership challenges
• Career development
• Teamwork challenges
• Tools to help translate visions into actions
• Improve leaders’ ability to achieve better results
• Increase motivation, development and performance
• Increase the leaders’ performance level
• Stress management

Experienced and independent occupational psychologists secures focus and progress and provides sparring on preparing and implementing the action plan.

The line manager can be invited to participate in one of the sessions to ensure an alignment of expectations and securing common goals.

The success criteria for coaching is that the individual, through the sessions with the experienced psychologist, is able to identify his/her strengths and is able to create opportunities to bring them into play.

Both parties evaluate the process and FK Select will follow up with the customer.
