In only 6 weeks, we handle the entire recruitment process for the company, from the initial job profile analysis to presenting 2-3 relevant candidates.

• An effective system for continuously assessing and ranking the applications.
• In-depth interviews and a broad range of occupational personality tests, carried out by experienced psychologists.
The qualified candidates and results from interviews and tests will be presented to the company in a detailed report, in which it is specified to what degree the candidates meet the expectations now and long term, and an assessment of expected interpersonal skills.
On Management level, a thorough assessment of to what degree the candidates meet the strategic, operational and leadership expectations of the company, are specified.
Follow-up after the first few month’s employment – i.e. coaching to optimize the onboarding process.
